Digital Product Policy
Information about delivery, use, refunds and support for IEP Pathway digital products.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally after successful checkout. Nothing is physically shipped. Digital files and download access are provided through our checkout and delivery provider.
License
Purchases are intended for personal family use and may be printed repeatedly for that household. Redistribution, resale and sharing editable files are not permitted.
Refunds
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital file has been delivered or accessed. If you experience a duplicate purchase, corrupted file, incorrect file delivery or another technical problem with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
