We minimize the personal information we collect, especially information about children.
Free tools
Information entered in free tools stays in your browser's local storage. It is not uploaded to us. Clearing browser data or changing devices removes it.
Email and purchases
Purchases and digital-download delivery are handled by third-party providers. These providers process the information necessary to complete a transaction and deliver the purchased or requested resource. IEP Pathway does not receive or store payment card information.
Analytics
This site may collect general usage information, such as page visits and interactions with site features, to help understand how the site is used and improve its resources. Information entered into browser-local free tools, including free-text entries, concerns and meeting notes, is not intentionally collected as analytics data.
Children's information
This resource is for adults. Please avoid entering names, birth dates, student IDs, diagnoses or other identifying details unless needed in a document you keep locally.
